Travel arrangements
Once approved, buyers must provide a copy of their passport (for travel arrangements) to Bisazza Gangi Tour Operator, to the following email address: angelo@bisazzagangi.it - Tel.+39 090675351 and put in copy the Organiser's email een@sicindustria.eu.
Buyers must also confirm their travel plan once it is sent by the Tour Operator.
They will receive their flight tickets and hotel reservation by e-mail.
At their arrival at the airport, they will find the driver holding a plate with their name, and will be transferred to the hotel.
Catania is the nearest international airport.
MeWi and the selected Tour Operator will look for the best international connections.
Private shuttle transfers will also be arranged to/from the hotel in Messina, according to the arrival and departure flight schedules.
